What are the room facilities?

All rooms have a private marble bathroom, shower, hairdryer, satellite TV, radio, telephone, kettle and air conditioning/heating with individual control. Also, they have original paintings of Barcelona and wooden parquet floors.

There is safe deposit box in the room?

Yes, it cost 2.50 Euros +7% taxes per day.

What time is check in and check out?

Check in from 13:00 hrs. (24 hours). Check out 11:00 hrs.

Can I leave the room later?

Depends on availability. Supplement may apply.

Can I choose the type of bed in my room (Large bed – two beds)?

You can make the request in “comments” apart, but depends on availability.

Do the rooms have a balcony? Can I reserve one?

Yes, we have rooms with balcony, they cost 12 Euros more than standard room per night.

Are there non-smoking rooms?

We have 2 non-smoking floors. You can request a room in one of them, but depends on availability.

How many floors does the building have? Is there a lift?

We have 4 floors and 3 lifts.

Is your hotel adapted for the handicapped?

The common areas are accessible. If you need a room with facilities, is necessary a previous request.

Can you keep my luggage when I leave the room or if I arrive before check in time?

Yes, we have a luggage room which you can use free of charge.

Is there a safe place to park my car? How much does it cost?

The hotel does not have parking. There is one just in the front. It cost around 28 Euros per day.

What languages are spoken in Reception?

Catalán, Spanish, English, French, Italian, Russian, Georgian and Rumanian.

Where may I rent a car?

Our reception staff will be glad helping you to rent a car, motorcycle or a bike.

How far away are the Ramblas?

How much does a taxi from the airport cost? How long does it take?

It cost around 28-32 €. There is a supplement for each case. The trip take around 30-40 minutes.

I am travelling to attend a trade fair at the Fira de Barcelona: will it be easy to reach from your hotel?

Yes. 15 minutes by underground (metro)

Does the hotel have an Internet or e-mail terminal for guests?

Yes, we have computers in the lobby.

Do you have high-speed internet in the room for my portable computer? Is it wireless?

Yes, WiFi (it depends on your PC configuration)

Could I have breakfast if I didn’t book it? How much it costs?

Booking breakfast is not necessary, you can decide about it each morning. The price is 9 Euros per person and day. If you select the option “bed & breakfast” in your booking, you get a special price for it.

What kind of room I’ll get with CRAZY PRICE offer? What are the conditions?

If you select CRAZY PRICE you are reserving a standard double room. You get a rate 10% lower than normal paying at the moment of confirmation: the hotel charge the total amount at your credit card. Cancellations or refund are not possible under any circumstance.

What’s the difference between standard and superior rooms?

Superior rooms are bigger and most of them have balconies. Also, you can get an extra bed for a child (up 12 years old) or a baby cot (for babies up 24 months) for free. The breakfast is included.

What is penthouse room? How many people are allowed in there?

Penthouse room is the biggest room of the hotel, with a private terrace and double bed of 2 mts. x 2 mts. for 2 persons.

How is a romantic room?

It is a room in the highest, newest and quietest part of the hotel. There are only 5 rooms in the floor, all of them with a double bed. Due their situation into the building and to give an intimate atmosphere, they have windows, but not balconies.
