Location

How to arrive by public transportation

From the Barcelona Airport (Aeropuerto del Prat)

By bus: Take the A1 blue bus from the airport to Plaça Catalunya. It costs 5,05 Euros per person. Take the metro (linea 3, green line) to Liceu stop. Walk two blocks on Hospital St. (on the left as you leave the metro). Turn left on Junta de Comerç st. (the first street after St. Agustí). You will see the sign for Hotel Principal on your right.

By train: Take the train from the airport to estació Passeig de Gràcia. Take the metro (linea 3, green line) to Liceu stop. Walk two blocks on Hospital St. (on the left as you leave the metro). Turn left on Junta de Comerç st. (the first street after St. Agustí). You will see the sign for Hotel Principal on your right.

By taxi: go to the taxi line in front of the airport. This should between 30 – 40 Euros, depending on the terminal.

From the Girona-Costa Brava airport

Bus and underground: Leaves from inside the airport. A one-way ticket costs 12 Euros and the trip takes between 45 minutes and one hour (consult www.sagales.com for exact hours.) The bus takes you to the Estación del Norte where you take the Metro Red Line at the Arc de Triunf. Change to the Green Line the Plaza Catalunya and get off at Liceu. Go down calle Hospital, pass the Plaza St. Agustín on your left, and you will find the hotel in the first street on the left.

Taxi: Inside the airport. The trip will cost approximately 150 Euros and will take approximately one hour to reach the hotel.

From the Estación de Sants (train station)

Metro: Take the Green Line and get off at Liceu. Go down calle Hospital, pass the Plaza St. Agustín on your left, and you will find the hotel in the first street on the left.

Taxi: Outside the train station. The trip will take approximately 15 minutes and cost between 10 and 15 Euros.

 From the Estación de Francia (train station)

Bus: Take the number 59 bus direction Maria Cristina en Pla de Palau (next to the station) and get off in front of the Liceu en las Ramblas. Go down calle Hospital, pass the Plaza St. Agustín on your left, and you will find the hotel in the first street on the left.

Taxi: Outside the train station. The trip will take approximately 10 minutes and cost is between 6 and 10 Euros.

From the Estación del Norte (bus station)

Walk to underground station Arc de Triunf. Take the Red Line train to Plaza Catalunya, change again to the Green Line and get off at Liceu. Go down calle Hospital, pass the Plaza St. Agustín on your left, and you will find the hotel in the first street on the left.
